We're happy to accept returns from our Canadian customers within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be unused and unworn.
Please note that international returns are eligible for store credit only, and customers in Canada are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To get started, simply visit our return portal here and enter your order number (in the format ABLEXXXXXX) along with your shipping zip code.
Once your return is initiated, you’ll receive a confirmation page with next steps, including instructions for purchasing your own return label and the return shipping address. You’ll have 30 days from the fulfillment date to drop off your return before it expires.
Your store credit will be issued once your return has been received and processed.
